When will you deliver my ordered goods?

Orders for items in stock are usually dispatched within two days, provided the order has been paid for or is cash on delivery. For orders with the selected payment method "bank transfer," the shipment process begins after the money is credited to our account, typically within 3 days. Once the order has been handed over to the courier, we will notify you via email.

How will I know if my order went through correctly?

Upon successful order confirmation, you will receive an automatically generated email confirming your order. If you haven't received such an email, please check your spam folder. If you entered the wrong email address, please contact us at info@prosks.cz.

How long does it take to produce custom-made items?

We have custom jerseys and shirts printed within 3 working days from the payment of the order. Custom phone covers and statues will be delivered within 7 working days of ordering.

How can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible via email at info@prosks.cz. Be sure to provide the order number, and we will be happy to assist you with the request.

How can I redeem a discount code?

Enter the unique code in the "Discount Code" field in the shopping cart and click "Apply." You can also use this method to apply discounts for season ticket holders or members of the Friends of Slavia Club.

Where can I find the discount code for season ticket holders?

Holders of season tickets for the 2023/2024 season can apply a 10% discount by entering their 9-digit season ticket number in the "discount code" field.

Where can I find my discount code for a member of the Friends of Slavia Club?

Members of the Friends of Slavia Club can find their discount code on the Friends of Slavia Portal under "Personal Information."

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay for your order by online card payment, online bank transfer, or cash on delivery. For more information on payment, click here.

I ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange the item?

You can exchange items within 30 days of purchase at our physical store or by sending it to our store address (Fanshop SK Slavia Praha, U Slavie 1540/2a, Prague 10, 10000). Include the completed form, which you can find here, so that we know which item you wish to exchange. As soon as we receive the package, we will process the exchange and send the replaced product within 5 days at the latest.

I've changed my mind and want to return the order. What now?

You can return the goods within 14 days of the delivery date. The goods can be returned at our physical store or by sending them to our store address (Fanshop SK Slavia Praha, U Slavie 1540/2a, Prague 10, 10000). The goods must be unworn and returned in their original packaging. Include the completed form, which you can find here. Your money will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the package, though typically, this period is shorter (in a matter of days).

Please note that personalized products (jerseys with prints, statues, phone covers) cannot be returned. Undergarments cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
