Sometimes a product may simply malfunction, and we deeply regret any inconvenience caused. But don't worry - within the legal two-year period, you can file a warranty claim for the product.

How to proceed?

  1. Submit your warranty claim directly at our physical store or send it to the address of our physical store: Fanshop SK Slavia Praha, U Slavie 1540/2a.

  2. Include the completed warranty claim form, which you can find here, so that we understand what happened to the product.

  3. As soon as we receive the package, we will process the warranty claim, and within 30 days at the latest, we will resolve everything. However, we will do our best to handle it as quickly as possible.
