EXCHANGING GOODS
Have you chosen the wrong size? Does the product not fit as you imagined? No problem, you can exchange the goods within 30 days of purchase.
How to proceed?

Exchange the goods at our physical store or send them to the address of our store: Fanshop SK Slavia Praha, U Slavie 1540/2a.

Include the completed form, which you can find here, so that we know which item you wish to exchange.

As soon as we receive the package, we will process the exchange and send the replaced product within 5 days at the latest.

RETURNING GOODS
You can return the goods within 14 days of the delivery date.
How to proceed?

Return the goods in person at our physical store or send them to the address of our physical store: Fanshop SK Slavia Praha, U Slavie 1540/2a.

Include the completed form for returning goods, which you can find here.

Once the package arrives, we will process it, and within 14 days of receiving the package, your money will be refunded (this period is typically shorter).
